Kinetic Portrait?? – Leya Russell on Peace Bridge

A new pedestrian bridge was  opened on March 24th last year. The bridge was designed by Spanish architect, Santiago Calatrava. The bridge is definitely intriguing design.

I had a chance to photograph Leya Russell, also a photographer from Calgary, in the bridge. For the portrait in the relatively large and patterns by frames. …wide-angle lens was good to start. Please tell me what kind of adverbs, you can think of? Energetic? Dynamic? or Kinetic?

I love the wide angle lens with this bridge, it is a natural. I love that the model is wearing red boots and pants, fits into the scene very well. the cement on the 2nd bridge looks really green, almost like astro-turf. The colors are as dynamic as the movement, it works really well.

Thank you very much for your comment, Shane. Actually it is natural lighting. Hard work on computer.
